释义	杨思义元末明初人。朱元璋吴元年（1367）任司农卿。洪武元年（1368）改户部尚书。鼓励种桑植麻，定赏罚制度。又于全国立预备仓，以防水旱，规划甚周。时人誉为“知本计”。调陕西行省参政。卒于官。
